Brush Embroidery is a beautiful way of decorating on cakes, cupcakes or cookies. and this technique can be piped freehand or with the use of templates for a more precise design.

We will take you through the technique from start to finish, including the making of the Royal Icing, designing and then practicing a completed design on a ready prepared board, so you can take your skills and create a masterpiece at home.
