Traditional Cake Baking Day Workshop

Learn how to bake these standard but delicious cakes from scratch. Guiding you through step by step, adding some decoration and cake-filling skills along the way!
During the workshop we will be making:
- How to make a Victoria Sandwich
- Make a lemon drizzle cake
- A rich chocolate cake
- Toffee and salted caramel muffins
Take home this selection of cakes finished and ready to eat, YUM.
We will supply everything you will need including an apron to make and finish these cakes. We will take you through a full step by step guide, explaining in detail how to create all of the cakes (and buttercream) above, so you'll go away with new skills and delicious vegan cakes to wow your friends and family, and your tummies of course.
All ingredients and equipment for the day are provided; you do not need to bring anything with you!
Spaces for our workshops are limited so we advise on booking early to avoid disappointment.
*(Please be aware that it is possible that the class may run over the expected finish time, we suggest allowing AT LEAST an hour either side of the expected finish time. Free parking on site. Bear this in mind when booking transport, as we cannot be held responsible for any missed trains, and buses.)
